Connecting To The Right Church
The local church you join says a lot about you! Make sure you get connected to the right one. Beware of imitations! Proper church membership makes all the difference to your spiritual growth and vitally affects the level of faith, victory and blessing you and your family experience in life. Don’t be fooled. Consider the following characteristics of a strong New Testament church:
- Jesus Christ is exalted and magnified as Lord!
- The power and presence of the Holy Spirit is welcomed and honored.
- The Word of God is preached and taught, resulting in changed lives. (Members are regularly seen carrying their bibles to church.)
- There is a regular manifestation of salvations, healings, and miracles as well as testimonials of God working in the lives of individuals.
- The church is dynamic and flourishing. It is alive in the spirit and impacting the community.
- Members are trained for the ministry and equipped to win souls, make disciples, heal the sick.
