Liberty Offering

Debt bondage, a form of modern slavery, is widespread in Pakistan's brick kilns, trapping millions of workers, including women and children. Despite laws that abolish this practice, it continues to thrive due to poverty, lack of enforcement, and corruption. The system is built on a cycle of debt that is often impossible to repay, locking families into generations of servitude.

Jubilee Christian Fellowship has pledged to free Christian Families in Pakistan from Debt Bondage starting in 2024, and continuing in 2025. Each year we have prepared for a special offering from our congregation members around Independence Day. 

​

In 2024 our contributions provided 14 people with a way out of bondage and into freedom. The funds collected paid off the families debts and provided funds for the families to start business ventures in their new locations.
